Client files and assets

Client-provided files are used only for the client workspace and project context. We do not intentionally mix client assets, credentials or brand voice across separate client workspaces.

Retention

We keep project materials for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records and support recurring workflows, unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.
