Local SEO services for the customers already searching nearby.

Sundayable runs local SEO — profile, reviews, map pack, citations — from $1,000 CAD a month. The map pack takes about 90 days of steady work to move. Every week before that you’ll see the profile updates, the review requests and the pages going out.
You approve them from your phone in about ten minutes a week.

Local search is the three businesses in the map box and the ten links under it. Getting into that box is a different job than ranking a blog post — it runs on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and whether your business details say the same thing everywhere online.

If you’re shopping for a local SEO company, the question worth asking is what lands in your inbox each week. Ours is a human team working with AI: we draft the profile posts, the review replies and the pages, you approve them, and they go out. Nothing publishes on your listing without your yes.

What local ranking depends on

  • Your Google Business Profile: the right primary category, every service listed, hours that are correct on a holiday
  • Distance from the person searching, which no amount of work changes
  • Reviews — how many, how recent, what rating, and what words customers use in them
  • Your name, address and phone number matching exactly across Google, your site, Apple Maps, Yelp, Facebook and your industry directories
  • Pages on your own site that name the services and the neighbourhoods in plain text
  • Photos added regularly, because a profile that stopped being updated in 2023 reads as a business that might be closed
  • Questions answered on the profile, including the ones a stranger asked and nobody replied to

Proximity is the part nobody can sell you

Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. Distance means the map pack changes as the searcher walks down the street. You can be the best-reviewed clinic in the city and still not appear for someone standing 12 km away with three closer options.

So the honest version is this: local SEO widens the circle you show up in and makes you the obvious pick inside it. It does not delete the map. If you serve customers who drive to you, that circle is worth a lot. If you drive to them, we set up a service-area profile and work the surrounding cities as separate pages instead.

Relevance and prominence are the parts we can move. Relevance comes from the profile and the pages saying clearly what you do. Prominence comes from reviews arriving steadily and from your details being consistent enough that Google is sure which business it is looking at.

What we run each month

01

Fix the profile, then keep it alive

Categories, services, service area, hours, photos and a weekly post. The first pass is a cleanup; after that it is upkeep, because a profile that goes quiet slides.

02

Keep reviews coming in

A request goes out after each job through a link you can text, and every review gets a reply drafted for you. Five a month beats fifty from two summers ago.

03

Clean up citations and NAP

We find the listings where your old suite number or a dead phone number still lives, correct them, and keep a record so the next move is a one-hour job.

04

Write the pages that answer local searches

One page per service, plus the neighbourhoods you actually serve. First drafts in 1–2 business days, and content ships weekly once you approve it.

Where we work

Our address is in Toronto, our people are in Ontario and British Columbia, clients across Canada and the US. The work is remote with a monthly call, so where we sit matters less than whether your city page says something a local would recognize.

How long does local SEO take?

Plan on about 90 days, and treat anything faster as luck rather than the plan. What the first month gives you is the profile finished, the review process running and the first service pages published. If you need something to move inside the month, that is ads, and they are a separate line at $1,000.

I don’t have a storefront. Can I still rank?

Yes, with a service-area profile. You hide the address, list the cities you travel to, and the map pack still shows you inside that area. It is a narrower path than a storefront, so the pages on your own site carry more of the weight.

Do citations still matter?

Consistency does. A hundred new directory listings will not lift you, but one old listing with the wrong phone number can confuse Google about which business is which. We clean what exists rather than buy volume.

What if I’m already ranking for my business name?

That is not local SEO working, that is Google finding a business someone already knew about. The number to watch is how often you appear for the service plus the city, and how many of those turn into calls or direction requests.

What does it cost?

Local SEO sits inside Organic Growth at $1,000 CAD a month, and that price is the same whether you take one line or all four. If you run several locations, say so on the free consultation — more profiles is more work, and we would rather quote it out loud than let you find out in month two.
