Real estate marketing that keeps working while you’re at a showing.

Sundayable runs marketing for real estate agents from $1,000 CAD a month. Your next deal is more likely to come from someone who already knows you than from a stranger searching. We keep you in front of that list every week — listings, market updates, reviews and email.
Search takes about 90 days. The first email goes out in the first month.

Real estate marketing for a single agent costs $1,000 CAD a month done-for-you, well under the $1,500 to $5,000 a month a full-service agency charges. The work that produces deals is unglamorous: a listing posted the day it goes live, a monthly market update your past clients actually open, reviews that keep arriving, and a profile that ranks for your name. “Realtor near me” gets 90,500 US searches a month, but a click on it costs $11.50 — which is why the sphere comes first and the ads come after.

Do buyers and sellers actually search for an agent?

Some do, and it is the most expensive traffic in local service marketing. US monthly volume and the going Google Ads rate, pulled from Google Ads in August 2026.

What they type Searches / month Cost per ad click Ad competition
realtor near me$11.50High
real estate agent near me$11.21Medium
real estate marketing services (agents shopping for help)$7.55Low

140,000 monthly searches for an agent, at eleven-and-a-half dollars a click, against a market where most people still pick someone they were referred to. Both facts are true. The practical read is that paid search is a supplement for an agent with a working sphere and a bad first purchase for one without.

Why does an agent’s marketing go quiet?

Because the busy weeks are the ones that produce content and the quiet weeks are the ones with time to post it. A listing goes live on a Thursday, three showings run into the weekend, and the carousel that should have gone out on Thursday goes out never.

Then there is the seven-year problem. A past client transacts once a decade, so the value of staying in their feed is invisible for years and then decides a whole deal. Every agent knows this. Almost nobody has a system that survives a busy month.

And brokerage-supplied marketing tends to arrive branded for the brokerage. It is fine, it looks like everyone else’s, and it does not build a name someone repeats at a dinner table.

What does a real estate marketing service run each month?

01

Turn each listing into a week of content

Carousel, reel, a page on your own site, and the email. Made from the photos you already paid for, sent for your approval, out the day the listing goes live rather than the week after.

02

Send the market update that gets opened

Monthly, for your neighbourhoods, with the numbers rather than a stock-photo newsletter. This is the piece that keeps a seven-year sphere warm.

03

Ask for the review at closing

The one moment a client is certain to say yes, and the one most often missed. Requests go out on a schedule and every review gets a reply drafted for you.

04

Own your own name in search

Your site, your profile, your reviews — so a referral who Googles you finds you rather than a portal page selling your lead to three other agents.

What does it cost, and what stays yours?

Organic Growth is $1,000 a month: we build and host your site and keep editing it, our team makes the work by hand, and we run your local SEO, profile and review replies, with a person on your Slack channel. Ads are a separate line at $1,000, and lead capture with follow-up is Automation at $1,500 to build.

The site is yours and it stays yours if you change brokerage — which is the whole reason to have one that is not on the brokerage’s domain. Ad spend is separate. If you are a first-year agent whose sphere is thirty people, we will tell you to spend on the email and the reviews before anything else.

Do I need my own website if my brokerage gives me one?

You need one you keep. A brokerage page ranks for the brokerage and disappears when you move. Your own site holds your reviews, your listings and your name, and it is the thing a referral lands on.

Can you post my listings automatically?

We make the listing content and send it for approval, and it publishes once you tap yes. Nothing goes out on your accounts unapproved, because a wrong price in a carousel is a phone call you do not want.

Are Facebook and Google ads worth it for an agent?

Sometimes, and later than most agents start. At $11.50 a click for “realtor near me” you are buying the most contested traffic in local service search. Get the site, the reviews and the email list working first; then add Paid Growth at $1,000 a month.

What about my CRM and my database?

We work with what you have. On the Automation line we set one up and wire it, including the follow-up sequences. Your contacts stay your property in either case.

How long before this shows up in deals?

The first month is the newsletter sent, the listings written and the reviews answered — and an open rate you can hold everything after it against. Search rankings take about 90 days. Deals from a warmed sphere run on their own timeline, which is the honest answer and the reason we do not promise a number.
