Outsourced marketing, and the part you keep.

Sundayable is a done-for-you marketing service in Canada and the US, $1,000 CAD a month. Hand over the making. Keep the offer, the final yes, and about ten minutes a week.
Here is what actually moves off your plate, what it costs, and when outsourcing is the wrong call.

Outsourced marketing means an outside team does the production and the running of your marketing, on a schedule, for a monthly price. You stop being the person who has to design the post, remember the newsletter and chase the review.

What it does not mean is handing over the thinking. The offer, the price and the final approval stay with you, because those are the parts only the owner can get right. And one limit before the rest: search takes about 90 days to move. You will see work shipping every week long before that.

What actually moves off your plate

  • The monthly calendar, written out so you know what is coming
  • Designed posts, captions and short video, made from your brand system
  • Blog articles written for search and for AI answer engines
  • Google Business Profile updates and the review requests that feed it
  • Landing pages and lead magnets when a campaign needs one — the ads that drive them are Paid Growth, a separate line
  • Your Google reviews requested, watched and answered — connecting your CRM so the follow-up sends itself is Automation, a separate line
  • A monthly report and a call to pick what happens next

What stays with you

The offer and the price

No agency can decide what you sell or what it is worth. Marketing moves a good offer faster and a bad one just as fast.

The final yes

Every post, email and reply comes to you before it goes out. Most owners spend about 10 minutes a week on this, on their phone.

The facts about your business

Hours, services, staff changes, a new machine, a price increase. Tell us and it shows up in the work that week.

The conversations that close

We can book the call and warm the lead. The person who answers the phone is still the one who wins the customer.

What outsourced marketing costs

Design, copy, video, search and reporting sit inside Organic Growth at $1,000 a month. Ads, sales email and automation are separate lines with their own prices, so you buy the ones you want rather than a package. There is no payroll tax on any of it, no software seats to buy and no laptop to hand anyone on day one.

Organic Growth · $1,000/month

The weekly work: posts, reels, articles, reviews and the search underneath them. Nothing goes out before you approve it.

Paid Growth · $1,000/month

Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and ChatGPT ads, made and worked every week. Ad budget is separate and stays in your account, minimum $1,000 a month in spend.

All CAD, month to month, and priced on their own — taking both is $2,000, and taking more earns no discount. Paid Growth has no setup fee. The other two lines are on the pricing page: B2B Sales at $2,000 setup then $1,000 a month, Automation from $1,500 to build then $500 a month. If a month is not worth the price, you stop.

When not to outsource

Five situations where we would tell you to wait, or to spend the money somewhere else.

  • You are still figuring out what you sell. Talk to twenty customers yourself first. Nobody can market an offer that changes every week.
  • You cannot spare ten minutes a week. Approval is the one thing we cannot do for you, and work stuck waiting on a yes helps nobody.
  • You need customers this month. Ads are the only line built to move a number that fast; content and search take about 90 days. If the month is critical, put the budget on ads or pick up the phone.
  • Marketing is the product. If your company sells attention, that skill belongs in-house where it compounds.
  • You already have someone in-house doing it well. Then the gap is usually one specific job, not a whole team, and you should buy that job instead.

How the handover works

01

Onboarding, led by a person

We learn the business, load your brand into a reusable system, connect your accounts and agree the first month’s plan with you.

02

First drafts in 1–2 business days

You see real work made for your business almost immediately, not a strategy document about it.

03

Weekly, from then on

Content ships every week. You approve from your phone, and nothing publishes or sends until you do.

04

Monthly, out loud

A report with the numbers and a call to decide what gets more attention next month.

Sundayable is built for owners of small service businesses across Canada and the US, with our address in Toronto and our people in Ontario and British Columbia. A human team runs strategy, taste, video and your account. Sunday, our AI marketer, does the daily production and publishes nothing on its own.

Questions about outsourcing your marketing

What does outsourced marketing mean?

An outside team makes and runs your marketing for a monthly fee: content, website updates, search, reviews and lead follow-up. You keep the offer and the approvals. You stop keeping the calendar.

How much of my time does it take?

About 10 minutes a week to approve work, plus a call once a month. Onboarding takes longer, because we ask real questions about the business before we make anything.

Will it sound like us?

We build a brand system from your logo, colors, fonts and the way you already talk about the work, and every piece is made from that system. You approve each one, so anything off-voice never leaves the draft stage.

Is outsourcing cheaper than hiring?

At $1,000 a month you get design, copy, video, search and reporting for less than a part-time salary, with no payroll taxes or software to buy. A hire is worth it when marketing is the core of the business and you can direct someone daily.

What if I want to stop?

Everything runs month to month. Paid Growth has no setup fee; B2B Sales carries a $2,000 setup for the three weeks of domain warmup, and Automation is from $1,500 to build. Your brand files and accounts are yours, and you keep them.
