Content marketing services for small business.

Sundayable makes the content — blogs, email, social, video — from $1,000 CAD a month. Blog posts, emails, social and video, planned as one calendar and shipped every week. You approve from your phone in about ten minutes.
Search takes about 90 days to move. Everything else you can watch happen from week one.

A month of content for a five-person business

Small teams don’t need a campaign. They need the same few things going out on a rhythm, without anyone staying late. This is what Organic Growth ships every month, spread across the weeks.

  • Sixteen social posts a month, designed in your brand colours and pulled from that week’s topic
  • Five blog articles that answer questions your customers actually type into Google, each written long enough to answer it properly
  • Two short reels — a walkthrough, a result, an answer to the question you get on every call — cut by hand
  • One email to your list, written to be read on a phone in under a minute
  • Replies to comments, reviews and DMs, drafted for you to send
  • A monthly report: what shipped, what got read, which pages started ranking

First drafts come back in 1–2 business days. Our team plans the calendar and edits the video; AI handles the volume behind them. Nothing publishes until you say yes.

Where a small budget goes furthest

With one budget and three channels, the order matters more than the split.

Email first. It is the only list you own. A business with 800 past customers and no newsletter is sitting on the cheapest revenue it will ever have, and one email a month is enough to keep it warm. It is also the channel where a send is a send: the list gets it the day you approve it, which is not true of anything search does.

Then social, because it is proof. People check your feed after they hear your name, not before. Four posts a week and a couple of short reels a month tell a stranger you are open, busy and normal to deal with. It rarely creates demand on its own for a local service business. It closes the demand other channels create.

Blog last, and never stop. Search is the slowest channel and the only one that keeps working after you stop paying. A post that ranks for a question people ask brings visitors every month for years. It also takes about 90 days to start, which is why owners quit at week six and why the ones who don’t end up with an unfair advantage.

If you can only fund one thing this quarter, fund the one that matches your gap. No list, start with email. No trust, start with social. No inbound at all, start the blog now so it is working by winter.

The twelve-month view

A content calendar is not 52 clever ideas. It is four phases, and each one has a job.

01

Months 1–3 · Answer the questions

Everything you already explain on the phone becomes a post, a page or a video. Six articles, forty-eight posts, six reels and three newsletters. Rankings haven’t moved yet; the library is being built.

02

Months 4–6 · Follow the data

Search results come in. We write more of whatever brought visitors, cut whatever didn’t, and turn the two best articles into landing pages with a form.

03

Months 7–9 · Go after the money terms

With some authority behind you, the competitive service and city terms come into reach. This is also where video volume goes up, because by now there is footage.

04

Months 10–12 · Refresh and compound

Old posts get updated instead of replaced, which is usually the cheapest ranking you will ever buy. Seasonal campaigns run on a library that already exists.

You see the calendar before month one starts, and you can move anything on it. Most owners swap two or three topics a quarter for something happening in the business.

Why most small-business blogs don’t rank

Usually not the writing. Five things break it, and every one of them is fixable.

  • The posts are about the business, not about a question. “We’re excited to announce our new location” has no search behind it. “How much does a dental cleaning cost in Toronto” has hundreds of people a month. Write the second one and the first one gets read too.
  • They stop. Four posts in one month, then nothing for a year. Google is measuring a site that looks abandoned, and so is the customer who found it. Two posts a month for a year beats twenty in a quarter.
  • The post is 300 words when the answer needs 1,200. If someone still has to open two more tabs after reading yours, you didn’t answer the question. Length is not the point; finishing the answer is.
  • Nothing links to anything. Twenty posts sitting alone with no links between them and none from the service pages. Internal links are free, take an afternoon, and tell search engines which pages you consider important.
  • Nobody ever went back. A 2023 post with 2023 prices loses to a competitor who updated theirs in March. Refreshing an existing post is faster than writing a new one and moves rankings more often.

Questions about content marketing services

How much do content marketing services cost?

A content marketing agency retainer for a small business starts around $1,500 a month and climbs past $5,000 once video and ads are in scope. Organic Growth is $1,000 CAD a month, month to month, and everything on this page is inside it. If one line is enough, we say so on the free consultation.

What’s the difference between this and a content marketing agency?

Scope and pace, mostly. At a traditional agency a strategist, designer and writer share your account with several others, and each extra deliverable is a change order. We run a fixed weekly output with a human team directing it, so first drafts come back in 1–2 business days and the monthly volume doesn’t need renegotiating.

Do you write the content or do I?

We write it. You give us the topics, or approve the ones we bring, and correct anything that doesn’t sound like your business. Owners who send us a two-minute voice note about a topic get noticeably better posts than owners who send nothing, so we ask for those.

How long until the blog brings in traffic?

About 90 days before rankings move for anything worth ranking for, and six to twelve months before search becomes a channel you can count on. The first month is production you can check rather than a result you can bank: ten posts, two articles, five reels and a newsletter, all shipped. Ads are the only line we sell that is built to move a number inside the month, and they are priced separately.

Is this written by AI?

Our human team plans the calendar, sets the angle and edits every piece. AI does the production work behind them, which is what keeps the price where it is. Nothing goes out until you have read it and approved it, and if a draft doesn’t sound like you, that’s a brief we got wrong and we’ll fix it.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Plans run month to month. We’re based in Toronto, with people in British Columbia, and we work with small businesses across Canada and the United States.
