Dentist marketing, run every week instead of every quarter.

Sundayable runs marketing for dental practices from $1,000 a month. A dental practice gets found three ways: the map box, the reviews under it, and the pages that answer what a patient is about to type. We run the map box and the pages every week; review requests are a separate Automation build.
Search takes about 90 days to move. You see what shipped before that.

Dental marketing for a single practice costs $1,000 a month for done-for-you website and search work, or roughly $2,500 and up at a traditional dental agency before ad spend. The work that fills chairs is the Google Business Profile, a steady flow of reviews, and one page per treatment written in plain numbers. Paid ads run $13.47 a click for “dentist near me” in the US, so they are worth starting only after those three are finished.

What do dental patients actually search for?

They search a treatment or a location, not a practice name. US monthly volume and the going Google Ads rate, pulled from Google Ads in August 2026.

What the patient types Searches / month Cost per ad click What it means
dentist near me$13.47Ready to book, picking from the map box
dental implants cost$16.46Researching a $3,000–$6,000 decision
teeth whitening near me$10.69Cosmetic, impulsive, price-sensitive

Read the middle column and the right one together. At $13.47 a click and a realistic booking rate, buying twenty new patients a month through ads is a four-figure line item before you have paid anyone to answer the phone. The map result sitting next to that ad costs nothing per click, which is why the profile and the reviews come first here and the ad budget comes after.

Why do practices with good clinical reputations still lose patients online?

Because the decision is made before anyone reads your site. A patient searches, glances at the top three map results, reads two or three recent reviews, checks whether you take their insurance, and books. Reviews carry most of that weight, and they are read on Google more than anywhere else: in BrightLocal’s 2025 survey of 1,026 US consumers, only 4% said they never read reviews, and 84% named Google as where they read them (Local Consumer Review Survey 2025).

The second leak is the insurance question. A practice loses bookings to the office down the street that lists accepted plans in plain text on a page Google can read. Yours might be in a PDF, or in the head of whoever answers the phone.

The third is compliance nerves. Nobody wants a before-and-after that turns into a complaint, so the practice posts nothing at all. The fix is not bravery, it is an approval step: you see every post before it exists publicly, and you can kill it with one tap.

What does a dental marketing service actually do each month?

01

Keep the profile current

Primary category, every service listed separately, hours corrected before a long weekend, photos added on a schedule. A profile that stopped moving in 2024 reads as a practice that might have closed.

02

Ask for reviews, reply to all of them

A request goes out after the appointment through a link your front desk can text in five seconds — that is an Automation build, $1,500 and then $500 a month. Replies, including the one-star that needs a careful, plain answer, we take on when you ask, priced at the consultation.

03

Write the pages patients search for

One page per treatment, with real numbers where you are willing to publish them, plus the insurance plans you accept in text rather than a PDF. First drafts in 1–2 business days. Those public pages and the profile are how AI answers and search use the same facts.

04

Post without booking a shoot

Made from what already happens in the operatory, cut by our team, captioned, and sent for your approval. Nothing publishes on your accounts without your yes.

What does dental marketing cost?

Website & Search is $1,000 a month: we build and host the website and keep editing it, write 4 search articles and new treatment pages a month, run the profile and local SEO, and manage your Google Ads with the spend in your account. Social is a separate $1,000 a month: your brand guideline in the first month, then 9 pieces of content a month made by hand by our team; we don’t promise followers or reach. Take one or both, and a person is on your Slack channel either way. Paid Growth, the full multi-platform ads line, is $1,000, and review requests or lead follow-up wired into your CRM are Automation at $1,500 to build, then $500 a month. Review replies we take on when you ask.

Ad spend is separate and stays in your account. A dental agency retainer in North America usually starts around $2,500 a month before media, which is the right price for a group running several locations and the wrong one for a single office that mostly needs its listing finished and its reviews moving.

If one line covers you, we say so on the call. If you want to see the standard first, here are clinics we already work with.

How much should a dental practice spend on marketing?

Practices commonly budget three to five percent of collections, and more in the first two years of a new office. Split it so the free channels are finished before the paid ones start — a Google ad pointing at a thin page and a four-review profile costs you twice.

How long before new patients show up?

The first month is work you can check: the profile completed and the insurance and treatment pages published. Search rankings take about 90 days. Ads are the only thing built to move a number inside the month, and the ad spend is always separate. If nothing has moved by month three, that is the point to change direction rather than wait longer.

Can you post patient photos?

Only what you have written consent for, and you approve each one before it goes out. Most of what we publish for clinics needs no patient at all: the room, the technology, the staff, the answer to a question people ask at the front desk.

Do you handle Google Ads for dentists?

Ads are the Paid Growth line at $1,000 a month, and we start it after the profile and the landing page can hold the traffic. At $13.47 a click, sending paid patients to a page that does not name your insurance plans is the fastest way to spend a month’s budget on nothing.

We already have a marketing person. Does this still fit?

Often, yes — as production rather than replacement. They keep strategy and the local relationships; we make the posts and pages so their week stops being a content shift.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Month to month, and the website we build stays yours.

Do you run Google Business Profile for dental clinics?

Yes. Website & Search, at $1,000 a month, includes the profile, the services list and photos. Review replies aren’t in any line; we take them on when you ask, and you approve each one before it goes live.

Will you make us #1 on Maps?

No. We do not sell map-pack position. You see listing and page work each week. Search work uses about a 90-day planning horizon, not a rank date.

Do you write one page per treatment?

Yes when the clinic actually offers it. Patients who typed “implants” or “Invisalign” bounce from a single Services dump.

Are review replies HIPAA-aware?

When you ask us to take replies on, we draft them so they do not confirm someone is a patient or name a treatment. The clinic still owns the Google account.

If we hire you, will ChatGPT recommend our clinic?

We do not control that. We put hours, services, and treatment pages in public HTML and keep the profile consistent so search and AI read the same facts.

Do you need before-and-after photos for SEO?

Not for the weekly organic loop. We do not publish patient-identifying work without written consent.
